GA4 campaign metrics shown in the Meta-attributed dashboard are included only when GA4 evidence is present on the hostname specifically assigned to that campaign in Meta tracking.

Campaign-level GA4 KPIs come from the authoritative ppl_daily_campaign_ga4_facts table. City-level evidence is used only for hostname qualification and drill-down, so multiple city rows never multiply campaign KPI totals.
